dead space at bottom of web page

Does anyone know the best way to eleminate the dead space at the bottom of a web page?
In design mode, the table goes as far as you can scroll and then stops in DW, but on the web there is a large amount of space beneath the bottom table and continues to scroll past the bottom of the page.

Try this, inside your body tag add this <body bottommargin="0">.
Then add a 100%height to your table <table width ="100%" height="100%">. Now control the look from within your cells by giving them distinct height and width in pixels.
