If a call has been placed in a queue is it possible to remove it from the queue and place it in another queue?

yes the route to command removes the call from it's queue.
If you route to a VDN you then can queue the call in an other vector.

Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.

Hallo,

I think the only way to remove a call from a queue is with a flow out from the vector - route to number xxx ....

This number could be another vdn, with another vector etc...

You could also use the check statement to queue it to more than one skill at the same time.
