May 13, 2003 #3 BIS Technical User Jun 1, 2001 1,897 NL Hallo, I think the only way to remove a call from a queue is with a flow out from the vector - route to number xxx .... This number could be another vdn, with another vector etc... You could also use the check statement to queue it to more than one skill at the same time. hth Upvote 0 Downvote
