DDI number to line

Strange problem with showing DDI number to line.

If no changes are made to the Definity CSI the main line number is displayed but when i Change trunk group to send name and number and numbering format to Public along with Change ISDN Public the site can't dial out gets NU from the local network provider.
They are saying all is ok with their network and i have checked all the programming against other switches.

Any Idea?
