What we want is to let a caller (by telephone) type in a code on the phone wich will be send from our telephone server to a Oracle Forms client through a DDE connection. Then the Oracle Forms client must perform a search for the code in our DB and show the record that corresponds with the code that the caller has typed.

Anyone done such a thing before and can help us out here?

I don't think you given enough info here which is probably why you have'nt received any replies. What is a telephone server for instance? Whatever it is if it can do DDE calls then it can talk to forms. You'll need some documentaion on it though to progress. I only have experience of using DDE to connect things like EXCEL and WORD to forms.
