Try REQ NEW , create the data block then print it out?
It sounds like there is nothing defined to print.

just now i start configure rls 5 pbx, i`ve already created the DDB. but when try to print it to see it i got that error, when try to to add it as :

Login to Element Manager. Navigate to Routes and Trunks> Digital Trunk Interface> 2.0Mb Primary Rate Interface (PRI2). At the 2.0Mb Primary Rate Trunk web page, enter the appropriate supl# sh# card number (e.g. 0 1 1). Select the SUBMIT button icon.
A sub-window displays an error:

Timers cannot be created.
Enter the 2.0Mb Primary Rate Trunk web page, for a second time. It can be seen that none of the displayed fields have been populated so, the first attempt at configuration was not accepted. Again, enter the appropriate supl# sh# card#, e.g. 0 1 1 Then again, select the SUBMIT button icon. The configuration entry is accepted by EM with no errors.
EXPECTED RESPONSE
=================
The configuration details should be accepted the first time with no errors and the appropriate configuration changes should affect the Call Server.
ACTUAL RESPONSE
===============
1. The first attempt to submit the configuration results in an SCH4123 error.
2. The second attempt to submit the configuration does not result in any error but,the config changes have not affected the Call Server.
