DC's dissapear from Reverse Lookup Zone??

I have 2 Windows 2000 DC's running AD on my domain with about 60 hosts. for some reason, I notice that when I do an nslookup, it can't find the domain. I look in my DNS settings on the server and sure enough the pointer in the reverse lookup zone is gone. I manually put it back in, and sure enough, a couple days later it dissapears. Obviously there is some sort of DNS problem, any ideas??
