Location A has a R11 Definity Prologix with an Intuity Map 5 R4. Location B has an S8300 with CM1.3. Both sites are DCS'd via IP Trunking.
Originally the Intuity was using "Mode Code" integration which was not activating message light at Location B. The Intuity was converted to clan integration and the DCS feature was activated and the problem cleared. Now we have a new problem.
Incoming calls are routed via an auto attendant created by vectoring in Location A (route to digits). If a caller chooses a user at Location B and the call is not answered, the call covers to the users mailbox at Location A with no problems. If a user at Location A calls a user at Location B the call routes to the users mailbox with no problem. If a user at location A transfers a call to a users at location B (includes the operator), the call does not route to the users mailbox, but to the Intuity front door "Welcome to Audix, Please.....". This also happens when an outside callers does a "*T" from the Intuity to a user at Location B.
Any ideas?
