DCOM98 required to install to W95/98..

As I'm trying to get over the automation error and testing my nearly finished app on another machine, I get a message at the end of the PDW, saying:

You have included mdac_typ.exe in your installation package. If you will be installing this package on a Windows 95/98 system, it will require DCOM98 to install properly.

As my test computer has W98 OS, I need to know: What is this and where do I find it? I've searched my computer and can only find a file called:

DCOM95.SRG in the Visual Studio files.

Please help me!!!
