I am using a third party software that uses DCOM. about 45 different users are using this software but only one is having the problem. I am in MI and she in CO. She is using roaming profiles and if I log in as her here in MI and the profile gets downloaded, I receive the same error she gets there. If I am logged in as myself, all works fine. All servers are located in MI.
The error being rcvd is Event ID 10009
Dcom was unable to communicate with the computer <srvrname.domain.com> using any of the configured protocols.
Any thoughts on this?
