I have an OP11C tied to an OP81C via a PRI. The PRI comes up no problem but one of the DCH (in OP81C) is "RLS CTS DOWN" and the other one (in OP11C) is "RLS NO RESPONSE". As far as the loops are concerned on both side, everything is green and no alarms. Every CH on both sides are MBSY, which I think is normal since the DCH's won't come up... Below is a printout of both routes, DCH and route memebers. Hope you'll find something I didn't....

This is driving me insane... Could it be a DCH daughterboard problem on my 1.5mb PRI/DTI card in the OP11C? How can I test the card, I didn't see any specific command in the NTP's... and at boot-up, self test passes ok...

Thanks

LD 60 DISL xx on each PBX
then LD 96 DIS DCH y on each PBX
then ENLL x on each PBX and the DCH's should come up on there own.

X being the involved Loops
y being the involved DCH

you typed that one a little fast ace, ld 96 dis dch x auto then disl x the loops.. d has to go down first, then enll x (60) the loop and the d will come up without a request..

here's another thing to check, ld 96 map msdl, then dis msdl x all, enl msdl x fdl, that will load the software back on the msdl card.. sometimes you just need to take it down and back up, if you make any change on a dch, it has to be loaded on the msdl card..

Is this a new TIE ?

try putting a hard loop (loop back jack) off the t1 cable from the 11c then enable the loop. you should get a release wrong mode. then try the 81c side. If you don't get a release wrong mode on both ends then I would try reseating the card ( make sure you disable the msdl first or it will INI)

then when bringing back up I would do as Johnpoole suggested FDL the card.

also try taking the RLS out of the DCH

It's only dialtone-VZ

Guys... you know what?? I found the prob and I feel kind of cheap about it... I plugged the wrong cable of the MSDL card... As soon as I swapped cable, it came up right away.

Thanks a bunch for all the advices, you guys are a great bunch )
