I had 3 domains (All are know as MIS) in different sites.
All 3 are global catalogue. When i run dcdiag.exe on one of the domain controllers, i got these errors.

Starting test: Advertising
Warning: NY-SO is not advertising as a time server.
......................... NY-SO failed test Advertising
Starting test: Intersite
......................... mis.com.sg passed test Intersite
Starting test: FsmoCheck
Warning: DcGetDcName(PDC_REQUIRED) call failed, error 1355
A Primary Domain Controller could not be located.
The server holding the PDC role is down.
......................... mis.com.sg failed test FsmoCheck

What does these errors means? I have Time Server error on one of the domain too.
Could appreciate anyone advise on these. Thanks
