dbcheck astpsdat fails - Error 39

I have been trying to run dbcheck on astpsdat db, but it keeps failing with this error: Failed to start consistency check on databse astpsdat: Error 39. Can anyone tell me what this means??...or even better...How to fix it??

I was working locally. Command line was dbcheck -a -L arcserve;admin;secret astpsdat. Error received was: Failed to start consistency check on database astpsdat: Error 39. Any ideas? Thanks.

Did you try running dchain or keybuild to see if the problem is only with dbcheck?
