Hi,
I'm running a dbbackup -y twice a day. No incrementals. Just wondering when it would be appropriate to use -x switch and truncate the log. Would every time I run the dbbackup be correct? Should I add the -x switch to my command line? My log seems to be extremely large, I can honestly say I'm not sure if it has ever been truncated. Thanks in advance for any help.
