db III plus generator

Where can I legally obtain the softaware to generate db III plus programs into stand alone exe files? I know I could convert to the current version of dbase/access/clipper/whatever - but serious illnes is cutting my time short for learning new systems. I'm not being morbid - merely practical.

There is a guy on the web at emsps.com that sells packages of
vintage software, including various versions of dbase. (I bought
one there). They are not cheap, but it's a legal (?) copy. You
can also try to find one on ebay for cheap.
