ACCESS: 97, recently upgraded to 2000
Problem did not change with upgrade.
PROBLEM:
Various database property fields and the ACCESS drop downs are not working as expected.
EXAMPLE:
Open existing database. Look at the File / Database Properties. Only the first character of each line is shown.
If I type in new entries, it only stores the first character.
Open a form in design view & click on a text box. The Properties (style /font / font size) display the first character only in the ACCESS drop down. Click on the drop down arrow and the full entry shows.
These properties show up correctly in the text box properties popup.
Note that creating a new database (FILE/NEW) has the same issue - the NAME field only has a single character and will only allow a single character.
Any suggestions or ideas?
