I am using SQL Server 7 on a Windows 2000 server. The Transaction Log backup seems to hang. The Transaction log backup is scheduled every 15 minutes. It usually takes less than 3 minutes. Status reads: "Executing Job Step '1(Step 1)'". There are no errors in any of the logs. The completed Transaction log backup (.TRN file) is in the correct folder. I have plenty of disk space. Any idea of what is happening?
