Outlook XP:

creating personal folders creates one (or more) .pst files, with the usual Inbox, Sent Items etc folders, along with user created folders.

Require:
each email as a seperate data file into a nominated directory/folder - not all heaped together in a pst file.

The individual email files are to be within the same type of tree as a .pst - ie
Inbox, Sent Items etc, but as folders/directories with emails as files within those folders and with same functionality (move, delete etc. etc)!

As emails come through Exchange to the user/Outlook the above should be performed.

Good luck, I don't think a client can do that, the Exchange Server stores this data on its M: drive in the exact structure you are describing but you would have to either copy the data out to their local hard drive or share the folder out and then have the user map to it?

Thanks.
