We had a incident in our call centre last week.... A agent claimed to of recieved a electric shock from her phone/headset.
Now I've read the books, tested the voltage and current to the phone and there is nothing of any consequence there.
Has anyone ever heard of this?
We've kicked this back to our facilities people to get them to check the desks for earth bonding and to check the humidifiers, as we've been getting bad static.
My feeling is that it's static....
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
