Chris they are basically the same. Craft will probably have a few more commands that it can execute Vs. dadmin. Craft is a technician level (Avaya technician) password. Dadmin was given out to customers a while back with close to the same levels of permissions. These are just different levels of MSP's. or Maintenance service permissions.
Other logins (cust, rcust)can have the same levels as well by changing the logins and adding permissions.
