D865PERLX and D865PERL ---- MOBOs

I'm considering getting one of these MOBOs to build a new system, however, I was wondering if it is worth getting the MOBO with the Ethernet built in (D865PERLX) or will it be better get the D865PERL and install a separate Ethernet card.

Which will works best?

Honestly both work as well as eachother.
Onboard Lan is pretty standard nowadays and has negligable drawbacks, well none that are worth mentioning anyway.
Obviously going onboard gives you an extra PCI slot but if the X version is considerably more money adding a card might be better value (just down to price)
