Please help!

I have two PRI T1’s for incoming long distance. Both T1’s have D-channels. One D-channel is active and the other is my standby Backup. I am having D-channel issues with the active one. What are the procedures and Loads I need to do to make my put my active D-channel on standby and the other D-channel active?

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Disable the active and the standby will enable

You dont have to enable the standby dchl. It will come on line automatically. Make sure after you dis the primary dchl and the standby takes over reenable the primary to keep the redundancy.
