Cyrstal Report Error

I get this message when I use an ODBC connection on a IIS web server connecting to a SQL 7.0 Server. I setup a System DSN on the IIS Server. I tested the Connection from the IIS server to the SQL Server and it works fine.

"Crystal Reports Error: Cannot open SQL Server while attempting to assign new SQL query to report."
