CWNA - Is this legit ?

I realize that this isnt a wireless forum, however there are none at Tek-Tips and I figured many people will view the Microsoft cert posts....Is "CWNP" the industry standard for wireless Certification? Any info would be great...

Might be... question is, will getting that certification "pay off"; that is, you spend the time and money to get certified, what extra money do you get from it?
