CVPN-3005: How to connect to configure

I have a CVPN-3005. I bought it used. It came with a screen shot of http//192.168.0.65/access.html. I cannot access that page either through private or public port. I have a crossover cable plugged into my laptop and the other end plugged into the concentrator. My workstation ip is 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0. I just madeup a gateway of 192.168.0.2 since this computer is not on a network.

Am I doing something wrong?
