customize toolbar to launch 'noReply' form

I understand how to customize a toolbar. Have also found example macro that supposedly launches a custom form. So, if I could find the names for the NoReply and NoReplyAll forms/templates that come w Outlook - I ought to be able to make buttons to launch those two forms directly rather than troll through the menu layers. (Easier for user I support too.) Have looked for .oft files... not to be found. Must not be the right naming for programmed in templates.
