Good afternoon,
I have a customer requesting a customer satisfaction survey at the end of a call. I know VM Pro can be used to collect the data but do they need the database license to collect it and send it to an external source? I am sure if I looked hard enough to find an example I could, but I was hoping someone may have done this before and can give me an example. I just received the request on a Sunday afternoon and it is supposedly "urgent" but I don't feel like working that hard on a Sunday knowing that "urgent" seems to go away when the price tag is introduced.

Works, except the customer is looking for a ratings based system so they want to collect touch tones to answer questions on a scale of 1-5.

Use a menu and voice questions instead of a campaign.
Use CCR for reporting the choices.
