I was wondering if there is any handy tool, like POledit in windows NT 4.0 but in this case would be around GPOs, so i can apply a wallpaper to a group of win2k pro workstations.
I was looking into GPs, but didnt find anything..MAybe i didn't look enough..
MAybe the only way to do in 2000 its by using scripts.
thanks for your cooperation.. A+, MCP, CCNA

you can do it via GP. Under User Configuration, go to Administrative Templates, Desktop, Active Desktop. You need to enable Active Desktop, and then set the Wallpaper. The wallpaper file has to be .bmp, jpg, or .htm(l) and i believe needs to be within a certain pixel range...

thanks bronto..that was exactly what i was looking..it worked!! A+, MCP, CCNA
