Hi Everyone
We run the Lotus notes connector for exchange which creates custom recipients on our GAL from the notes server. You are able to do free/busy lookups on these custom recipients which uses the connector.
Over the passed few days I have received a few complaints about Outlook crashing when attempting to do a free/busy lookup for specific recipients. This happens no matter what Outlook you try this from and no matter what profile.
I thought that the contacts may be corrupt and deleted them so that they could be replicated back but the same thing occurs.
It seems that the problem may lie inside the free/busy public folder for this contact. Any idea how I can fix this.
The even which occurs at the time of the Outlook crash (On client) is as follows:
