Hi
I have to produce a series of reports which are to be printed on special stationary cards. All the cards are different sizes. I am having trouble setting up user defined paper sizes to match my card sizes. I thought it would be a good idea to use the labels wizard and customise the label layout so that Access thinks it is one label per page of a custom size. However this does not always work, as the page size sometimes reverts to A4 (std UK size) even when it shows user defined in the page setup. On searching this site I can others have had similar problems but I can't find the answer. Any ideas?
I am using Access 2002.
Thanks.

I believe you can create a specific printer in Windows, assign the paper size in it, and set your report to use that printer only.

Thanks for your help. I should mention that the users of this system will have it installed as an Access Runtime version and use a variety of inkjet printers attached to their PCs. Do you know how I can create a specific printer in Windows that will work with each person's printer?
