I need to print on 8.5" wide x 8" long tractor fed paper on Panasonic KX-P3200 and Win 2000 Server Properties won't work with the printer. I can create a form in SP list, but not see it in printer paper size list. I have tried creating a new form as well as modifying the dimensions of an existing form, the existing form simply disappears from the printer paper size list. The new form size is within the allowable printable area for the KX. I can use 8.5" wide x 12" long, no problem. How can I force the printer to accept the new form ?. (Have tried MSNB: "it should appear in the drop down box")

Nice try bcastner, I hadn't seen that web page before. Unfortunately no joy. Creating a new printer is not the problem. In Printer Properties, Device Settings I set Tractor feed to US Index Card 5x8 (therefore default form). In Settings, Printers, Server Properties I then modify the width of US Index Card to 8.5", didn't change the form name, and saved the form. Back in Printer Properties, Device Settings, Tractor Feed now says Not Available and US Index Card 5x8 is no longer in the drop-down list. Same happens if I change the length on an 8.5" wide form. Can a form be forced to associate with a printer ?.
