So, does anyone know how a handout can be created in power point with the 3 slides on one side, and the handout notes on the other?

I am looking for this as an assistant to the instructor / presenter (often me) that is a little more efficient than the full notes slides at 1 sheet of paper per slide.

Thanks in advance

It's easy - when you print - change Print what to Handouts and then Select 3 for Slides per page.

Ben,

Thanks for the info, but that just prints blank lines. I want to get the output from the notes section that appear below the slide, and appear on the 'Notes' format output, rather than just blank lines. The blank lines are great for students, but notes are what I need when presenting.

Thanks again.

Our printers have multipage capability and it's possible to print 3 up. You access it in the printer properties. So if your printer can do, that's where you'll find it. It prints three slides per page, however, the slide is on top of the notes page.
