CUCM Phone Status "Unknown"

Currently running Version 7.1.3 CUCM. We recently completed a peer-to-peer firmware upgrade of all IP phones to version 8.5. Though all phones re-registered and are working properly, we have noticed that CUCM shows the status and IP address on all IP Phones in the system to be "Unknown" now. What would have caused this and is there a way to fix it? It is making it very difficult to troubleshoot phone issues when we can't determine if the phone is registered or not without physically going to the phone to check.

If your phones are registered with the subscriber (and they should be) that means that the publisher cannot see those phones as registered. make sure that your database is synchronized between the cucm servers and that is is healthy. If all looks good there, reboot your subs one at a time and the issue should go away.
This is definately an db sync issue however.
 
I have seen this happen before also. whykaps suggestion is the first look but mine was on a single server. After a while it seemed to clear up as the phones were used. Not sure if this was a bug in 7.1.3 or not but it seemed to heal itself after a few hours.
