Ctrl. - Alt. - Del.

Sometimes the programs that Im running will freeze and the have to resort to Ctrl-Alt-Del to end the program. I used to have different tabs to toggle through when I opened the Crtl-Alt-Del window but now I dont and Im not sure how to get that back. It just comes up with the program that Im running with the
End Task, Switch To and New Task button. I also no longer have the red exit button in the top right hand corner I have to go to the task bar and right click to close it....
Any Suggestion.....

Double-click the gray space next to one of the buttons, like to the left of "End Task"
