CTRL+ALT+DEL are not working

Dear All :
I am an administrator on my WindowsXP Machine..
and The CTRL-ALT-DEL is no function

when pressing it t gives the message " this option is disabled by the administrator " how can I get rid of it ?

If you are on a domain, the domain admin may have locked the domain from using this command.

If you are sure that you have the rights, then you need to look in your policy and see what this is disabled.

Check this:

Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
Navigate to this path
User Configuration
=> Administrative Templates
==> System
===> Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options

See if that helps,

you can also go to the control panel

Start> settings> Control panel>User Accounts> Change the way user logs off

and unchecked those 2 options

In Pro, Task Manager can be disabled or enabled in Group Policy.

Start/Run/gpedit.msc. User Configuration/Administrative
Templates/System/Crtl+Alt+Del Options, see Remove Task Manager

Other possibilities.

Set the DisableTaskMgr value to "0"

Make sure you have not installed programs like TweakUI or similar which have any number of options for disabling this and that in XP.
