Are you referring to this below?
Call Pilot shows the error event ID 25, Dialogic event management system initialization failed. One of the CT server startup failed. This is because the Call Pilot is trying to start a Dialogic card on startup. Disregard error unless Dialogic card is present for non-Meridian integration. NORT127580
