I just bought a nice shiney new 7970. It seemed to work for a few hours and then started to say 'CTL update failed'.
I guess it's looking for a security cert, but I've turned off (via the callmanager interface) security at the phone level (Device Security Mode = none) as well as inthe Enterprise Parameters section.
It won't do anything else now but show this message. I can get into setting and click erase, but that does not good.
Anyone seen this before?
