Does anybody know a simple VoIP software /sofphone application that makes it possible to use the caller´s number e.g. in a database query.
Any hints welcome!

Thanks for the hint! JTAPI doesn´t seem to be that easy to handle.
Ideal for me would be a freeware softphone like X-Lite with an API that allows to get hold of the caller´s number.
