CTA 100/PC console on MICS 7.0

We have a customer, and they are upgrading to PC console on a MICS. We have done these in the past on a BCM, with little or no problems. On the MICS, we cannot get this to work.

We have hooked up the CTA 100 and the PC is recognizing the CTA. If you start the software for the PC console, it causes the phone to basically lock up.

If some of you have done this application, I would appricate it if you posted exact instructions on the steps and hardware used. I think I might be missing something.

If I recall plug and play?
Check mod cords?
Check wiring method?
Check maintenance and make sure set is one channel and CTA the other?
