CSU/DSU and Router

I'm looking to replace my CSU/DSU and Cisco 2621 router with an all-in-one product. The reason is because they are beginning to act up and drop the T1 connenction between us and the ISP. They are also at least 5 years old and have never been replaced.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
