css to not print the default header and footer in IE

Is it possible to have a page print without the header and footer that IE automatically tacks on - without changing the client configuration? Maybe with css or javascript?
 
Don't think so. Those are user settings that can't be bypassed with CSS or any other scripting language.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
