Has anyone out there had a re occurring fault where the CS60 usb wireless headset loses connectivity with 1140 ip handset. To re connect handset has to be restarted and usb headset re initialised.

Are you using the power plug for the USB headset or are you trying to use USB power? We are finding that the power of USB port on the phone varies to much. Also you are supposed to plug the power into the headset before plugging it into the USB port of the phone.

On another note we are finding that users are not placing the headset back in the craddle properly and not getting charged.

We have several of the CS50 USB headsets on 1150 and 1140 phones. We have had a couple issues like you speak of but it was caused by bad power to the power brick of the headset. Once that was repaired the issue was resolved.

If you have a lock up we found the best way to fix it was to unplug the usb cable from the phone. Power cycle the headset and then plug the cable back in.

I couldn't get the CS50 to power properly off the phones USB port either.
