Does anyone know if there is a special adapter cord for the Plantronics CS50 Wireless Headset to connect to a 6424D+M? I am having trouble making these wireless headset work with the 6424D+M - I've called Plantronics - they are telling me to connect it in the same manner in which you would connect to an 8410D or an older set without a headset jack, which I have tried & it doesn't work. I know for a wired headset you use the HIC cord, but since the CS50 doesn't have a quick disconnet, I'm wondering if there is some other adapter cord which could be used. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Instead of putting it inline with the handset cord, have you tried plugging it into the headset jack? I know we have a few wireless headset users here, and I know they are able to use them.

If i recall correctly, I spoke to one of them about the wireless headset and he was telling me that there were two different bases, one for sytem phones and one for "pots" phones. I don't recall which was which.

Did you try it on a standard analog phone?

Are you using the HL10 auto-lifter in conjunction with the headset? **A stupid question**, are you lifting the handset when you turn the headset on when it is plugged into the handset jack. We use the CS50's on our 6400's and out 2420 90% of the with the HL10 lifters and have no issues...
