CS3: Page palette issues

Ok so I have created a number of chapter masters and templates and I have over 100 pages and as of last night when I click my "pages" palette tab it is bloody blank!

It doesnt show anything in the palette!

how do i get it all back

Was there a resolution to this? I have a machine with the same problem.

Fixed.

Click the little arrows in the tab of the pallete a few times.
This seems to force a redraw and all is well again.
