CS1K TIE question

I was using UDP between the CS1K and a BCM50 now I need recived/send 11 digit (NPA+NXX+XXX)instead of 7 digit (LOC+DN), thats why I change the BCM to Public network intead of Private network, Now I reciving this Dchannel log:

is this what I need to change to use the CS1K's Private Network ?

Routes and Trunks --> Route: 20 (TIE)
Call Type for outgoing direct dialed TIE route: Unknown Call type (UKWN)

ext is probably 3366 and since call tagged as unknown does not recognize 460 as HLOC. Because route is "Tie" looks at 1st 4 digits to translate instead of Last 4 if was a "DID" route.

What you can do is build a IDC table with IDGT set to 4603 and translated to 3 and assign to Tie route.

Thanks Reusser for the answer, you're right but what want to do is to change the network to Public instead of Private for use 11 digit dialing plan between the BCM and the CS1K.
