cs1k branch zone time offset

How do i do a -ve offset (-180 minutes)
I can + minutes to the zone and that takes effect properly

Tried both command line ld 117 (sch invalid string error)
and element manager (just accepts as ve value)

Switch is eastern, phone is pacific

Has any one has tried to enter a negative time offset?
