CS1000s 4.5 1230 series phones

Has anyone installed 1230 phones to a CS1000s 4.5 system.
Do I need to setup a tftp server? Seems that when I setup the phone though config add S1 IP and port, phone can not find signaling server. All other phones work 11XX 2XXX no problems. Nortel doc's seem to suck more and more. I added a tftp server and created cfg file. Phone loads firmware, App sets, goes back to tftp for PRV file. Did not write the file at this point. Please advice

under IP Phone 1110, 1120E, 1140E, 1150E, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2007, 1210, 1220, and 1230 under Documentation -> Commissioning. It is set for public access so no log-in is required.

Have all the doc's. Which document are you referring too. Please advice

IP Phone 1230 will NOT WORK on CS 1000 4.5. You need to be on CS 1000 5.5 or later.

exactly. All series 12xx don´t work in the release 4.5
