CS1000 r 4.5 MWI incorrect

I had to reboot my CP server this morning (201i junker with r 4.0) and after the reboot, I have been getting calls that the MWI on all sets is incorrect...no set pattern. Mine is off, but has messages...some are one without messages.

Cannot reboot again until tomorrow (maybe that's a fix?)

Any idea's
