CS1000 Call Park

Hello,

Wonder if one of you helpful chaps could advise on following....
Release 5.5 CPIV
Call is parked by user CPTM = 150.
At end of timer call returns to user who then parks call again.
My question is should this Park back to previous Park DN or does it depend on Call park DN availability?
Can you set this as a parameter in software?

LD 50 is where this is setup.

RECA = Yes will recall to attendant
RECA = no Will recall to DN that parked call 1st place.

Thank you have set up RECA = No
so call returns to DN that parked it.

Just want some info on what the system is supposed to do when a returned park call is then re parked straight away by same DN?
Have searched through NTP but not finding the answer.
Does Call Park use next available Call Park DN only or would it go be clever enough to Park on the previous DN used?
Is this configurable?

once parked call is recalled and answered again by Phone that parked it, any more action is treated as new - does not remember you parked before.

Call will be parked on 1st available DN or person parking can select the same DN if not now busy.

Thank you once more kind sir. It is as I expected.

Just one further query, you state that user can select the same DN if not busy, how would one operate this?
We are using M3904 with a Call Park key and have defined the Call park numbers in LD 50.
