CS1000 CABINET CANT DIAL BUT GETS CALLS FINE

Ok i moved one of our superloops to another site that was all nortel ip phones, going to just put 3904's out there instead.. all is fine vlans setup everything is pingable, Display shows extension, time and what not, pick up the phone, no dial tone, the phone doesnt even know i picked it up, call the phone all works well, voice both directions, this works for internal digital sets, trunk to this set, ip to this set. but i cant make contact from this phone out... tried new phone, and redid config.. guessing some setting when i moved the MGC but cant find anything. ANY IDEAS?

Im new to having to tear into this end... How do i go about it. I can use terminal, or element manager?

Go to overlay 13 to enetr in the DTR's, but print them off in LD 20.

Your right guys.... when i moved the cabinet, i removed it from superloop 8-1 and made 12-0 didnt do anything with DTR's... I will make them up and see if that fixes my issue!

Well, no go..... Added 12 0 14 0 through 12 0 14 07 DTR's, still no dial tone... What would my next step be?

What you need is a TDS configured for the MGC.
DTR's are for analog phones only (or analog DID trunks). They have nothing to do with digital phones.

Have only done this once on an MGC but look in the CS1000E installation guide. The steps should be there. TDS are programmed in LD 17 in CEQU gateway. It may be MGTDS or MTDS or something like that in your case.
